Gearbox cleaned, checked and painted.
Crankshaft bolted in, block cleaned and painted.
Pistons cleaned ready for new rings.
Cylinder head cleaned and painted and valves lapped in.
Pistons in and block is bolted to the gearbox.
Clutch housing bolted on.
Timing gears and new chain fitted.
Clutch fitted and cylinder head bolted on.
Looking good.
New oil pressure and water temp gauges.
New steering inner shaft fitted.
45 degree extra cage bars welded in.
Seat moved back 'cos the boy keeps growing!
Seat belt bar welded in behind the seat.
2nd passenger door bar welded in place.
Ready for the 2012 season.
