We bought this from Nathan to rebuild into a front running class 2 engine!
Engine was completely stripped down and checked, and then cleaned, painted and re-assembled
The cylinder head has been painted and the valves lapped in.
Cam housing cleaned and painted.
Head assembled and cam fitted in the housing.
Block cleaned and painted along with the cam cover.
Block honed ready for new pistons and rings.
Crankshaft in with con rods bolted up.
New pistons and rings fitted.
Oil pump and new waterpump attached with new crankshaft seal.
Oil pick up pipe fitted and sump bolted on.
Cylinder head and cam box in place.
All bolted down and looking good.
Cam cover bolted on.
Cam pulley and cam belt fitted and timed up correctly.
Cam belt cover and crank pulley fitted.
Engine breather fitted.
Engine completed and ready to sell. A gearbox is also included with this engine.
